It’s hard to tell from the photo if that’s a buck or doe, but we’ve seen a male and female deer (always two, together) in our cul-de-sac of 93rd Place NE, north of 126th and downhill from Finn Hill, also grazing in grassy yards on 93rd Avenue, south of 124th Street, for the past two years. As long as they stay out of my garden, I’m happy to see them. (4/8/2015)

I saw two deer from my kitchen window this morning eating Salmonberry in the park. This picture is one of them. They looked young. The back of my house is up against the woodland. We’ve seen more than two together in the park and in our yards. If our neighbor John reads this he can tell you how many he sees grazing in the park during early evening. He is usually out at that time walking his dogs in the park.

    Kathy,
I have seen up to four. 3 does and 1 buck. I assume there are more, but that is the number from last year. I see tracks all about. They roam from creek on the north east corner of Finn Hill near Kirkland Elementary (the old Albertson’s store site to over by Denny Park. We put in a grazing area near the Mexican Restaurant on Juanita Drive last summer.
